2207 Gordon Street (1928)

September 1932 - unknown: Phi Epsilon Pi (ΦΕΠ)

This Gordon Street house was the first residence of the newly created Phi Epsilon Pi fraternity after it absorbed the former Sigma Lambda Pi. A formal opening party was held in the house on September 25, 1932.

The organization went inactive for a short time during World War II, and re-established at a new address in 1948.
